Licensed Physical Therapists & Physical Therapy Assistants
APTOR Physical Therapy is looking for qualified staff physical therapists and assistants that have a verifiable history of getting things done, like helping people, and are happiest when doing so. Above all, we are looking for someone who loves being a physical therapist or assistant and would like the freedom to perform his/her craft. We are a growing 100% physical therapist owned outpatient private practice. We are located in Tuscaloosa, AL near the University of Alabama and all the great activities and energy associated with it.
We have quite a team and part of the reason for that is that we are always striving to create a perfect environment for our staff to practice in and reward them for doing so. We have an excellent compensation package including a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, 401k, generous paid time off, continuing education, medical, dental, and malpractice insurance that is paid by us. We are also offering a generous tuition reimbursement/scholarship which can be received now for those individuals who have not yet graduated.
In addition to becoming part of a highly recommended facility, employment with APTOR offers excellent mentorship opportunities from our staff with years of clinical experience and professional involvement. You will get abundant hands on experience with a wide variety of non operative and post operative patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics and an opportunity to rapidly move into a clinic director position if so desired. We take great pride in mentoring new grads, providing them the support needed and allowing them the growth they desire.
If you are interested in seeing whether APTOR can provide the perfect work environment for you please contact J.T. Wilson at (205)345-4441 or email email@example.com.
